Step 1 | Inquire + Visit
Welcome to Cambridge Classical Academy, and thank you for expressing interest in our school community. You've taken the first step towards joining the Cambridge Classical Academy family, and we're thrilled to embark on this journey with you.
To begin, we invite you to share a bit about yourself and your unique Scholar by completing our admissions inquiry form. Once submitted, take a moment to review your schedule and select one of our upcoming tour dates that best suits your availability.
Our doors are open to new families every Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 12 PM. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you to our campus and providing you with a glimpse of the enriching educational experience awaiting your family at Cambridge Classical Academy.
Step 2 | Shadow
Shadow Days at Cambridge Classical Academy
Are you considering Cambridge Classical Academy for your child's education journey? We invite prospective students to experience a typical day at our school through our Shadow Day program.
Schedule Your Shadow Day: Shadow days are scheduled Tuesday to Thursdays to accommodate prospective students. We warmly welcome interested parents to reach out to our admissions team to arrange a suitable date for your child's visit.
What to Expect:
- Arrival Time: Visiting students should arrive promptly at 8:15 AM and be checked in by a parent or guardian.
- Class Experience: Prospective Pre-K to K students will have the opportunity to shadow their prospective class until lunchtime and 1st to 6th graders will have the opportunity to shadow their prospective class full day.
- Lunch Arrangements: Please send a nut-free lunch with your child; we'll take care of the rest.
Dress Code and Attire:
- Uniform Policy: CCA does not require visiting students to wear a uniform, allowing them to dress comfortably in their favorite attire.
- Footwear: Ensure your child wears closed-toe footwear for their safety during the visit.
Assessment and Feedback:
- Teacher Evaluation: During the visit, our experienced teaching staff will assess your child's class readiness.
- Parental Feedback: Expect to receive valuable feedback on your child's visit between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM upon your return.

How to Apply
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child’s application.
A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application and, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms.

Step 4 | Interview
Upon receipt of your completed application, our admissions team will setup a parent interview. Just 30-minutes long, the parent interview is convenient and informative. It give us an opportunity to dive into what’s fueled your school search and helps us learn more about your family.
Step 5 | Respond
Admission decisions are rendered quickly, often by the next business day. Our admissions team will alert you via email with instructions on how to respond.

We intentionally maintain a student-teacher ratio of 12:1 to underscore our commitment to individually-focused education. Our rolling admission policy makes it easy for you to take advantage of any available spots on our roster. If we are full in any grade, we will gladly add you to our waitlist and keep you informed of developments.
